{"id":1822,"date":"2026-01-18T15:10:15","date_gmt":"2026-01-18T14:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apexigolf.com\/general-terms-and-conditions-of-sale-tcs\/"},"modified":"2026-01-18T22:02:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-18T21:02:09","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/apexigolf.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&amp;Cs)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&amp;Cs)<\/h1>\n\n<p>Last updated: <strong>January 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cT&amp;Cs\u201d) govern the contractual relationship between:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>APEX BELGIUM<\/strong><br\/>Trade name: <strong>APEX iGolf<\/strong><br\/>Company \/ VAT number: <strong>BE 1030.720.218<\/strong><br\/>Address: Rue Johannes Kepler 3, B10, 1357 H\u00e9l\u00e9cine, Belgium<br\/>Telephone: +32 471 98 90 86<br\/>Email: <a>info@apexigolf.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>(hereinafter referred to as \u201cAPEX iGolf\u201d)<\/p>\n\n<p>and any natural or legal person wishing to make a reservation, purchase, or subscription (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cClient\u201d).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 1 &#8211; Purpose<\/h2>\n\n<p>These T&amp;Cs define the conditions applicable to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the reservation of <strong>indoor golf <\/strong>sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to the <strong>coworking<\/strong> space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the <strong>subscription <\/strong>to memberships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participation in <strong>events, afterworks, and private bookings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any service offered by APEX iGolf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2 \u2014 Acceptance of the T&amp;Cs<\/h2>\n\n<p>Any reservation, order, or subscription implies the <strong>full, complete, and unconditional <\/strong>acceptance of these T&amp;Cs by the Client.<\/p>\n\n<p>The T&amp;Cs shall prevail over any other document, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by APEX iGolf.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3 \u2014 Services Provided<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Indoor golf<\/h3>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf offers <strong>indoor golf sessions using high-end simulators<\/strong>, available:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>per session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>through packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>as part of subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>during events or private bookings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sessions are available <strong>by reservation<\/strong> only and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Coworking<\/h3>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf provides a <strong>flexible coworking space<\/strong> integrated into the indoor golf concept.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coworking rates<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25 \u20ac \/ hour &#8211; 1 person<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>40 \u20ac \/ hour &#8211; 2 people<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>45 \u20ac \/ hour &#8211; 3 people<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>48 \u20ac \/ hour &#8211; 4 people<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Access includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wi-Fi connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a quiet and structured workspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to the facilities included in the chosen package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Coworking memberships<\/h3>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf offers the following memberships:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Monthly subscription: \u20ac79 incl. VAT<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Annual subscription: \u20ac900 incl. VAT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Subscriptions include :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>unlimited access to the coworking space<\/strong>, during opening hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>up to 3 2-hour indoor golf sessions per week<\/strong>, included<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Any additional session or use exceeding the included conditions may be subject to additional charges based on the applicable rates.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Combined Offers, Events, and Private Bookings<\/h3>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf also offers :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>combined indoor golf + coworking packages<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>private or professional events<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>partial or total privatization of<\/strong> space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Specific conditions (rates, duration, deposit, cancellation) are available on request or at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 &#8211; Reservations<\/h2>\n\n<p>Reservations can be made :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>via the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by e-mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A reservation is considered <strong>firm<\/strong> upon confirmation by APEX iGolf.<\/p>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf reserves the right to refuse a reservation for legitimate reasons or unavailability.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 &#8211; Rates<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prices are given in <strong>euros (\u20ac)<\/strong> and <strong>include VAT<\/strong>, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n\n<p>The applicable rate is the one in force :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>at the time of booking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or at the time of confirmation of the service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 &#8211; Payment<\/h2>\n\n<p>Payment can be made by :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>payment on site<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electronic payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Unless otherwise specified, payment is due <strong>before or at the time of service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 &#8211; Subscriptions<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.1 General terms and conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p>Subscriptions are :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>strictly personal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>non-transferable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>non-transferable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>They are valid only for the subscriber.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.2 Limits of use<\/h3>\n\n<p>Subscription entitles you to :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unlimited coworking access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>up to 3 indoor golf sessions of 2 hours per week<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Any abusive or manifestly excessive use may result in suspension or termination <strong>without refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.3 Termination of contract<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The monthly subscription can be cancelled with <strong>one month&#8217;s notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The annual subscription is concluded for a <strong>fixed period<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 &#8211; Cancellation and modification<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 By the Client<\/h3>\n\n<p>Any cancellation or change must be notified as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n<p>Unless specific conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>services not cancelled in due time may be charged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no refund is guaranteed in the event of late cancellation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 By APEX iGolf<\/h3>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.<br\/>A solution of postponement or refund will be proposed.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 &#8211; Rules and behaviour<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Customer undertakes to :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respect premises, equipment and other users<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adopt a respectful attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>follow safety instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf reserves the right to refuse access to or exclude any person whose behaviour is inappropriate, without refund.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 &#8211; Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf cannot be held responsible for :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>damage resulting from inappropriate use of the installations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss or theft of personal effects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>temporary service interruptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf&#8217;s liability is limited to mandatory legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 11 &#8211; Personal data<\/h2>\n\n<p>Personal data is processed in accordance with the <strong>RGPD<\/strong> and Belgian legislation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Details of how this is done are given on the <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 12 &#8211; Force majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p>APEX iGolf cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance due to an event of force majeure (breakdown, fire, administrative decision, strike, etc.).<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 13 &#8211; Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n<p>These T&amp;Cs are governed by Belgian law.<\/p>\n\n<p>Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the area in which <strong>APEX BELGIUM<\/strong>&#8216;s registered office is located, except in the case of mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 14 &#8211;
