General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between:

(hereinafter referred to as “APEX iGolf”)

and any natural or legal person wishing to make a reservation, purchase, or subscription (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

Article 1 – Purpose

These T&Cs define the conditions applicable to:

  • the reservation of indoor golf sessions
  • access to the coworking space
  • the subscription to memberships
  • participation in events, afterworks, and private bookings
  • any service offered by APEX iGolf

Article 2 — Acceptance of the T&Cs

Any reservation, order, or subscription implies the full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the Client.

The T&Cs shall prevail over any other document, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by APEX iGolf.

Article 3 — Services Provided

3.1 Indoor golf

APEX iGolf offers indoor golf sessions using high-end simulators, available:

  • per session
  • through packages
  • as part of subscriptions
  • during events or private bookings

Sessions are available by reservation only and subject to availability.

3.2 Coworking

APEX iGolf provides a flexible coworking space integrated into the indoor golf concept.

Coworking rates

  • 25 € / hour – 1 person
  • 40 € / hour – 2 people
  • 45 € / hour – 3 people
  • 48 € / hour – 4 people

Access includes:

  • Wi-Fi connection
  • a quiet and structured workspace
  • access to the facilities included in the chosen package

3.3 Coworking memberships

APEX iGolf offers the following memberships:

  • Monthly subscription: €79 incl. VAT
  • Annual subscription: €900 incl. VAT

Subscriptions include :

  • unlimited access to the coworking space, during opening hours
  • up to 3 2-hour indoor golf sessions per week, included

⚠️ Any additional session or use exceeding the included conditions may be subject to additional charges based on the applicable rates.

3.4 Combined Offers, Events, and Private Bookings

APEX iGolf also offers :

  • combined indoor golf + coworking packages
  • private or professional events
  • partial or total privatization of space

Specific conditions (rates, duration, deposit, cancellation) are available on request or at the time of booking.

Article 4 – Reservations

Reservations can be made :

  • via the website
  • by e-mail
  • by phone

A reservation is considered firm upon confirmation by APEX iGolf.

APEX iGolf reserves the right to refuse a reservation for legitimate reasons or unavailability.

Article 5 – Rates

Prices are given in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

The applicable rate is the one in force :

  • at the time of booking
  • or at the time of confirmation of the service

APEX iGolf reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment can be made by :

  • payment on site
  • bank transfer
  • electronic payment

Unless otherwise specified, payment is due before or at the time of service.

Article 7 – Subscriptions

7.1 General terms and conditions

Subscriptions are :

  • strictly personal
  • non-transferable
  • non-transferable

They are valid only for the subscriber.

7.2 Limits of use

Subscription entitles you to :

  • unlimited coworking access
  • up to 3 indoor golf sessions of 2 hours per week

Any abusive or manifestly excessive use may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7.3 Termination of contract

  • The monthly subscription can be cancelled with one month’s notice.
  • The annual subscription is concluded for a fixed period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 8 – Cancellation and modification

8.1 By the Client

Any cancellation or change must be notified as soon as possible.

Unless specific conditions apply:

  • services not cancelled in due time may be charged
  • no refund is guaranteed in the event of late cancellation

8.2 By APEX iGolf

APEX iGolf reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
A solution of postponement or refund will be proposed.

Article 9 – Rules and behaviour

The Customer undertakes to :

  • respect premises, equipment and other users
  • adopt a respectful attitude
  • follow safety instructions

APEX iGolf reserves the right to refuse access to or exclude any person whose behaviour is inappropriate, without refund.

Article 10 – Liability

APEX iGolf cannot be held responsible for :

  • damage resulting from inappropriate use of the installations
  • loss or theft of personal effects
  • temporary service interruptions

APEX iGolf’s liability is limited to mandatory legal obligations.

Article 11 – Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the RGPD and Belgian legislation.

Article 12 – Force majeure

APEX iGolf cannot be held responsible in the event of non-performance due to an event of force majeure (breakdown, fire, administrative decision, strike, etc.).

Article 13 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the area in which APEX BELGIUM‘s registered office is located, except in the case of mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
